AbdeenShop is the seller and your point of contact for the order, delivery, warranty and complaints.

The Premium Oval Reception Desk 120 is offered as a fixed standard package. The selected colour, package price and included delivery are shown before payment.

The contract is formed after successful payment or deposit and AbdeenShop's order confirmation. AbdeenShop checks the product choice and delivery details before production begins.

A custom-options request is non-binding. It does not create an order until a written quotation has been accepted and any agreed payment has been completed.

The displayed consumer price includes VAT and the standard delivery stated on the product page. Custom work and extra services are never added without separate written confirmation.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Consumers may choose a 50% deposit. The remaining balance becomes due only after delivery. Full advance payment remains voluntary.

The fixed package includes secured pallet delivery outside at an accessible address in the Netherlands. Carry-in service, stairs, lifts, placement and packaging removal are excluded unless agreed separately in writing.

The customer must provide a correct and accessible delivery address. The carrier contacts the customer to arrange delivery. Stated lead times are estimates unless a specific date is expressly guaranteed in writing.

Inspect the packaging at delivery. Report visible transport damage promptly with clear photos. A prompt report does not reduce statutory consumer rights.

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases. The period starts on the day after the product is received, subject to applicable law.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal requirements for that exception are met. AbdeenShop explains this before a custom order becomes binding.

A withdrawal can be submitted through the online withdrawal form or by an unambiguous statement sent to info@abdeen.nl.

After a valid withdrawal, AbdeenShop provides return instructions. Because this is a large pallet product, return transport may be costly. The customer bears direct return costs unless the product is defective, incorrectly supplied or AbdeenShop agrees otherwise.

Refunds are made within the statutory period. Where permitted by law, AbdeenShop may wait until the product has been received or proof of return has been provided.

The customer is responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

The product must conform to the contract. Statutory consumer rights apply in addition to the stated 24-month manufacturer warranty.

Contact AbdeenShop with the order reference, a clear description and supporting photos. AbdeenShop assesses the appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement or refund.

Follow the safety and handling information on the product page. The desk weighs approximately 100 kg and is delivered assembled as one piece. Suitable people and handling equipment are required for moving it indoors.

Stop using the product if it appears damaged, unstable or unsafe and contact AbdeenShop immediately. AbdeenShop may share necessary information with the manufacturer, service provider or competent authority to handle a safety issue.

Send complaints to info@abdeen.nl. AbdeenShop responds within a reasonable period and will state when more time is required.

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to a competent court.
