These terms explain the main conditions for shopping at AbdeenShop, including delivery, returns and support.
Orders are prepared and sent to the delivery address entered during checkout. The available route, expected timing and shipping costs depend on the product and destination and are shown before payment.
Consumers may notify AbdeenShop of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery and then have 14 days to send the product back, unless a lawful exception applies.
If an item is defective, damaged or delivered incorrectly, AbdeenShop remains the customer contact and provides an appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other lawful solution.
Notify AbdeenShop at info@abdeen.nl within 14 days after delivery if you want to withdraw from an eligible consumer purchase. Include your name and order number. Send the product within 14 days after that notice to: AbdeenShop Returns, Geuldal 152, 6718 NS Ede, The Netherlands.
For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct tracked-postage rate charged by the chosen carrier to the Netherlands. The carrier shows the exact amount before the return label is purchased and AbdeenShop adds no handling fee. Do not send a return before receiving return instructions from AbdeenShop.
For a wrong, damaged or defective item, contact AbdeenShop before returning it and provide photos of the item, parcel and shipping label. AbdeenShop covers the necessary return method and arranges an appropriate repair, replacement or refund solution.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 14 days after the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods or proof of return are received. If the complete order is withdrawn, the standard outbound delivery charge is also refunded; an optional delivery upgrade is not.
The consumer may inspect a product as reasonably necessary. A reduction may apply for avoidable loss of value caused by handling beyond that inspection. Statutory exceptions can apply, including personalised products and sealed hygiene goods after their seal is broken. Mandatory local consumer rights always remain applicable.
AbdeenShop is the store customers contact about products, orders, returns and complaints. Product selection, payment and destination-specific delivery information are completed in the connected checkout. The seller remains responsible for the customer support duties that apply under mandatory consumer law.
The dispatch route can vary by inventory and destination. The available delivery option, estimated timing and cost are shown before payment. AbdeenShop handles customer support, returns and complaints.
