Changes and cancellation
Do not cancel or change an order only through the carrier. Contact AbdeenShop directly. Custom work may have different statutory rules, which are explained before ordering.
Report damage or a defect
Include your ABQ request number or order number, the exact product and what happened. For transport damage, send clear photos of the product, shipping label and every side of the packaging. Keep the packaging and stop using the product if further damage or an unsafe situation is possible.
Report visible damage as soon as possible. A prompt report does not limit your statutory consumer rights. AbdeenShop remains your point of contact for the solution.
Safety report
Stop using the product immediately if it appears unstable, damaged or otherwise unsafe. Move or disconnect it only when this can be done safely and contact AbdeenShop immediately.
If a safety recall applies, you will receive product-specific instructions for inspection, repair, replacement or return. Share serial numbers only through direct contact, never in public comments.
